Foods are the building blocks of our body—from our bones to our neurotransmitters. For both physical and emotional health, we need an adequate diet.
By understanding where you are in your life and the journey your health has taken, I can design a plan that addresses your concerns at their root. This plan can range from minor adjustments to bigger changes—from using food as medicine to incorporating herbs and supplements. Either way, we’ll break it down into a step-by-step process that feels manageable and resonates with you.

A very important part of my work is helping you understand the “why” behind each step of your journey. This knowledge will empower you to prevent issues from returning and give you greater control over your health.
